Local governance capacity-building for full-range participation : concepts, frameworks and experiences in African countries

Abstract: Issues and challenges related to capacity-building for local good governance in Africa are discussed. There is currently a strong need for capacity-building to empower all stakeholders for their full-range socio-politico-economic participation in decentralized governance.
