Decentralisation and conflict management in Indonesia and Nigeria

Abstract: The paper examines the history of grievances, demands, and identity in the context of decentralization in two countries. This includes the devolution of political, administrative and fiscal duties and resources to local authorities and the creation of new districts and local government areas.
