Reforming health systems : the role of NGOs in decentralization : lessons from Kenya and Ethiopia

Abstract: This study proposes that failure to integrate non-governmental organizations and weak inter-sectoral collaboration can hinder overall progress towards decentralization of health governance and the realization of improved health performance in both Ethiopia and Kenya.
