Key factors of success for decentralized public agricultural extension : an expanded view from a Ghanaian case study

Abstract: A case study of decentralized agricultural extension in Ghana shows the importance of external and organizational factors, including the need to foster a cross-sector pluralistic extension approach and the use of needs-based groups for service delivery.
