Assessing land reform approaches to benefit socially and economically disadvantaged (SED) people

Abstract: The impact of land reform on socially and economically disadvantaged (SED) people was examined, using the case of redistributive land reform in Nepal and the case of land consolidation in Vietnam. In both cases, the approach was top-down, without due regard for participation, equality, and support.
