Survey on support to local governance and decentralisation : for the informal donor working group on local governance and decentralisation : final report

Abstract: The study analyzes donor rationale, strategies, practices and lessons learned with support to local governance and decentralization reforms and processes. Looking at seven European donor countries and organizations, the results are meant to facilitate harmonization and alignment of their support.
