The dynamics of decentralization in Asia and Latin America : towards a comparative interdisciplinary perspective

Abstract: If more researchers study decentralization from a broader perspective, more could be learned about its potential contributions to countries eager to adopt it in the pursuit of improved resource use, enhanced equity and deeper democracy.
