Abstract: During 2007-2008, a three-day curriculum on transparency in land administration was developed and delivered in four regions in Sub- Saharan Africa: Ghana, Namibia, Tanzania, and Senegal. Subjects included participation, innovation, ethics, and dispute resolution.
