Participatory Local Democracy

Abstract: This reference note on land governance is developed for the Netherlands Ministry of Foreign Affairs, particularly embassies. The aim of this note is to facilitate the inclusion of land governance in the context analysis of the multi annual strategic plans of the embassies in guest countries.
