Pastoralists seasonal land rights in land administration : a study of northern Kenya

Abstract: The alignment of pastoralists’ seasonal land rights with those of non-pastoralists within a legal framework for property rights in land administration is examined, using the case of northern Kenya. Legal provisions will be needed for migration corridors and dry season grazing.
